Recently,Vishay has expanded its seventh-generation 1200 V FRED Pt®Hyperfast rectifier platform by introducing four new automotive-grade products in the eSMP®series SMF(DO-219AB)package.These 1 A and 2 A rectifiers are designed for industrial and automotive applications,offering an optimal balance between reverse recovery charge(Qrr)and forward voltage drop,while featuring the lowest junction capacitance and recovery time.

　　The newly released Vishay Semiconductors rectifiers include the VS-E7FX0112-M3 and VS-E7FX0212-M3,as well as the AEC-Q101 qualified VS-E7FX0112HM3 and VS-E7FX0212HM3.To minimize switching losses and improve efficiency,these devices combine the fastest 45 nanoseconds recovery time with a typical Qrr of just 105 nanocoulombs,a forward voltage drop down to 1.45 V,and a junction capacitance as low as 3.0 picofarads.These robust rectifiers provide non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 21 A in a compact package measuring 4.2 mm x 1.4 mm with a height of only 1.08 mm and a minimum creepage distance of 2.2 mm.
