On July 17,Vishay announced an expansion of its optoelectronic product lineup with the introduction of a new high-speed 890nm infrared(IR)emitting diode.This product features a clear,colorless,leaded plastic package.Utilizing surface emitter technology,the Vishay’s TSHF5211 diode combines an excellent VF temperature coefficient of-1.0 mV/K,offering higher radiant intensity and faster rise and fall times compared to previous generations.
